Easter Sunday

Today was my first Easter as a married woman, living in Ohio, and being away from my family in IL. This is me in my Easter outfit today at 22 weeks pregnant!

Anthony and I went to church this morning. After sacrament meeting we took the time to watch "The Testament" and "The Restoration" (both fantastic movies!) before Anthony had to go to work. I took a nap and then called my family. I miss them so much! I have been feeling very homesick today...probably because of the holiday. Grandma and Gramps were at my parents' house. I was able to talk to most of my family which did help a little bit. Then I went over to my in-laws house for Easter dinner. We ate and played the new "Life: Twists and Turns" game. It was nice to have Easter dinner with family. I just can't wait for Anthony to get home at about 10:45.

I can't wait to see my family. If we can get the money together we will be going out for a visit in June! At which time I will be having a baby shower out there!

I hope everyone else had a wonderful Easter and focused on the true meaning of it!

22 Weeks!

I am officially 22 weeks pregnant! For the first while I craved fruits and veggies. Then I went through a month of baked potatoes. For the last two months I have been back on craving fruits and veggies (which gets very expensive!). Now I am craving the worst thing of all...candy and pop. Up until now I have been losing a lot of weight. I am worried however that with this new craving that will quickly change. I know pregnancy isn't meant to be a weight loss program, but for me this is the best one I have found yet!! LOL!

This last week has been my spring break...I didn't get to do much. The first few days I was very sick with a cold and the flu. Then it was snowing for two days. I had a dentist appointment on Tuesday and Anthony had a doctors appointment on Wednesday. I have done a lot of cleaning and organizing the house. Anthony and I rearranged the furniture in the living room and moved Anthony's desk upstairs to the bed room. (He is sure this is all part of the nesting thing!) We also went to a Soldiers and Sailors museum here in town for cub scouts Thursday morning (Anthony and I are Webelos Leaders for our ward's pack.)

IT'S A BOY!!!

I had a second ultrasound yesterday and we found it we are having a boy!!! The due date is Aug 14th! We are so excited! The name we picked is Eli Benjamin!

First Doc Appt

Today I had my first doc appt! I was able to see the heart beat! I am 10 weeks along! I am so excited!!!
