Wedding

Well, on May 10th Anthony and I were sealed in the Nauvoo, IL temple! We had the opportunity to have an open house in Jacksonville, IL on May 8th and in Galion, OH on May 17th. We also had a ring ceremony and wedding reception on May 10th. On May 14th we went to southern Ohio where we had rented a cabin for a few days! It was the most amazing honeymoon ever! I will write more about it later.

Post Graduation

Well, I am officially a graduate of MacMurray College with a BA in Sign Language Interpreting. I graduated summa cum laude! I am so proud of how well I did! It is such a relief to have made it! I have worked so hard to finish college. There were so many times that I just wanted to give up. I have learned so many things while in college that I know I needed to learn. However, I had a rough four years and I am definitely looking forward to tackling the next chapter of my life. My father-in-law said that he was proud of me because of all of the hard work I did to get my degree. My Mom threw me a graduation party on Sunday. I had a good time.

On the wedding front, a woman from church finished up my wedding dress! That is a huge relief! I was able to get my bridal pictures taken last night at the Butterworth Center. They look beautiful!

Today Mandi, my sister and maid-of-honor, and I went out to lunch together and then we went and got a mani and pedi! I definitely needed the relaxation and fun today. I have been taking everything so seriously. Mandi has been a great support for me.

Tomorrow I will be picking Anthony up from the airport! I am so excited to see him again! It has been so long! He gets to go with me to my last David appointment tomorrow. (David is my chiropractor and kinesiologist.) We also have a short meeting at church tomorrow evening. We are very busy with wedding stuff the next few days, but at least we will be together!!!

Well, stay posted to see how things are going!

Graduation

Tomorrow I will be going to my graduation rehearsal and the senior reception. Some of my family is coming to the reception. On Saturday, I am graduating from MacMurray College with a BA in Sign Language Interpreting. I have been working toward this day for four years. I am looking forward to closing this chapter of my life. College has been very difficult for me and I am ready to move on from it.
